What will cillit bang power cleaner with ultra shine bleach do to my face?

If i put it on my face (I would put it on my face because i want to bleach my face because it’s too dark compared to the rest of me) .. What would it do?
Would it actually bleach my skin?
Or do some kind of damage to it?

It would burn and or intensely irritate your skin – like is says on the label.
